Permalink Structure Not Working

I have installed blog at http://www.expertsfromindia.com/blog/ and using theme taken from other sites.
now i am trying to setup custom <strong>permalink structure</strong> but not working and redirecting to home page of the site. only default url structure is working, other 3 also not working:
1. http://www.expertsfromindia.com/blog/?p=123 ==<strong> working properly</strong>
2. http://www.expertsfromindia.com/blog/index.php/2009/02/05/sample-post/
3. http://www.expertsfromindia.com/blog/index.php/2009/02/sample-post
4. http://www.expertsfromindia.com/blog/index.php/archives/123
2, 3, 4, setting not working and its creating url after “index.php”. why it is happening and i am not able to give custom url like:
<strong>”http://www.expertsfromindia.com/blog/this-is-expertsfromindia/”</strong>
I have tried this wil 2-3 diff theme but no result.
please help me and tell me how can i fix this problem.
